Following an annual fire test, several building systems were left on manual override while centre teams were occupied with ownership transition. As a result, equipment ran overnight unnecessarily, driving avoidable energy consumption with no visibility on site.
Solution
The PEAK Platform automatically detected that equipment had been left on override and generated alerts in real-time. Contractors were notified immediately and corrected the issue within a day using PEAK’s workflow module, preventing prolonged wastage.
