CIM’s building analytics software, the PEAK Platform, has been deployed across four Museums Victoria sites since 2016, namely the Melbourne Museum, Immigration Museum, Scienceworks, and the Moreland Annexe. By continually monitoring operational plant and equipment, the platform helps preserve precious collections, boost efficiency and sustainability, and optimise maintenance expenditure.

Immigration Museum houses captivating stories that encourage visitors to build human connection and compassion. First opened in 1998, Immigration Museum is located at the historic and beautifully restored Old Customs House Building on Flinders Street. Each year, Immigration Museum is activated by joyous community festivals and celebrations of food, music and culture.

As the state of Victoria grows and evolves, the Museum is committed to ensuring it remains relevant and inclusive to all those who visit. Through personal stories, objects, images and interactive multimedia, visitors discover surprising connections and are invited to challenge the assumptions we often make about others.
