The PEAK Platform is now operational at 157 Ann Street. Located in Brisbane’s CBD, the 13 level office building spans more than 6,500 square metres. The site is owned by property investment group Quanta Investment Funds, and managed by Fortuna, an independent Asset Management company.

The deployment aligns with both Quanta and Fortuna’s sustainability strategy and commitment to improving the environmental performance of their assets. The Platform is actively monitoring the commercial asset, identifying operational efficiencies, improving financial performance and minimising its climate impact.
