Latest buildings to go live with PEAK - November 2022

We're delighted to see momentum growing as new partners and buildings go live with the PEAK Platform! Here is a wrap-up of some of the latest properties where the platform has been deployed.

1 William St (Centuria)

The PEAK Platform has been deployed at 1 William Street, an A-grade office tower located in the heart of Perth’s CBD. The Platform is continuously monitoring close to 23,000 square metres of real estate to drive operational efficiencies at the site.

The operation team at Centuria recognised the value of digitised property operations and data-driven facilities management to drive superior financial performance at 1 William Street.

The deployment also aligns with the building commitment to sustainability, as it seeks to become more resilient to the impacts of climate change through sustainable property operations.

157 Ann St (Quanta)

The PEAK Platform is now operational at 157 Ann Street. Located in Brisbane’s CBD, the 13 level office building spans 6,500 square metres. The site is owned by property investment group Quanta Investment Funds, and managed by Fortuna, an independent Asset Management company.

The deployment aligns with both Quanta and Fortuna’s sustainability strategy and commitment to improving the environmental performance of their assets. The Platform is actively monitoring the commercial asset,
identifying operational efficiencies, improving financial performance and minimising its climate impact.

201 Miller Street (LaSalle)

We are excited to have deployed the PEAK Platform at LaSalle’s 201 Miller Street. The Platform is actively monitoring the North Sydney building, identifying opportunities for operational efficiency across its 14,620 square metres of office space. Completed in 1972, the distinctive office building is synonymous with the North Sydney skyline.

The deployment forms part of a commitment by LaSalle to elevate the efficiency and sustainability of their assets under management through digital technology and data. By supporting their digital capability, our solution seeks to drive data-led decision making and minimise inefficiencies at the site.
