Pacific Fair Shopping Centre (GPT Group)
We are excited to have deployed the PEAK Platform at Australia’s fifth largest shopping centre, Pacific Fair. Located in the Gold Coast, it is considered one of Australia’s premier retail destinations housing over 400 stores and spanning more than 150,000 square metres.
The deployment comes after the recent transfer of the site’s management to GPT. It forms part of a commitment by GPT to elevate the efficiency and sustainability of their portfolio through data and digital technology. By supporting GPT’s digital capability, our solution continues to drive data-led decision making and maximise operational efficiencies at the site.
Sugarland Plaza (MA Financial Group)
We are delighted that RetPro has retained the PEAK Platform at Sugarland Plaza since taking over management of the site following its sale by Stockland to MA Financial Group last year. The Platform is continuously monitoring the 23,000 square metre retail centre, driving operational efficiencies at the site.
Servicing the Bundaberg community, the centre is visited by over 4 million shoppers a year and is home to some of Australia’s leading retailers. RetPro is a specialist retail property management company operating in all key markets throughout Australia. Their focus is on delivering outcomes underpinned by a simple strategic goal: to evolve, improve and enhance the retail centres they manage.

380 Docklands Drive (LaSalle)
As part of our partnership with LaSalle, the PEAK Platform is operational at 380 Docklands Drive. The Platform is actively monitoring its 14,335 square metres of office space, supercharging a collaborative on-site workflow and operational efficiency.
Situated within the vibrant New Quay precinct in Melbourne’s Docklands, 380 Docklands Drive is a modern seven-level office building. The PEAK Platform actively monitors seven of LaSalle’s Australian properties across Victoria, Queensland and New South Wales, covering nearly 100,000 square metres of office and retail space.
