CIM Team

To all our customers, partners and friends,

We continue to live through extraordinary times, with 2021 in many ways, being even more challenging than 2020. I’m more convinced than ever that greater collaboration and working toward shared goals will be the key to successfully navigating 2022.

As priorities continue to evolve and change, we'll continue to strive to be a strategic and valued partner by helping to offset rising energy prices, minimise the operational disruption by the pandemic and support net-zero initiatives.

2021 has been another year of very strong, positive momentum for CIM with the team working incredibly hard to help all of our clients improve operational efficiency, tenant experience and sustainability.

Here are some of our highlights:

Strong relationships - We are humbled by the trust our clients continue to place in us and are very fortunate to count 6 of the top 10 Australian REITs as clients. In EMEA, our client base has doubled in the past year with our strong client relationships enabling us to expand into related sites across the region and into the Americas.

Growth - The number of buildings we’re helping to operate more efficiently has increased by over 200% since January.

Team - We have welcomed thirteen new members to the team globally and are actively hiring for seven more positions.

PEAK platform - Over 22,000 improvement activities have been identified on the PEAK Platform since January and the number of stakeholders who log in each month has increased by over 700%. Our NPS continues to increase and is now over 40.

Recognition - We were delighted to win ‘Digital Innovation of the Year’ at the prestigious Energy Awards and 'Innovation in Technology & Systems' at the Facilities Management Awards. We’re also a state finalist in two categories of the Telstra Best of Business Awards and were featured in the 2021 AFR Fast 100.

This holiday season, we are delighted to make an annual donation on behalf of our clients.

On behalf of our APAC clients, we have donated to two worthy Oxfam projects. In Yemen, the first solar-powered desalination plant to provide safe drinking water for coastal communities in need and in Syria, a vital network of piping to provide drinking water and irrigation for people affected by conflict.

On behalf of our EMEA clients, we have made a donation to the Wolfgang Reforesting Mission. We are delighted to get behind this project as the planting of a dozen trees offsets the carbon created by one person for an entire year.

I’d like to thank you for your unwavering support this year, and wish you a safe, healthy and happy festive season. Here’s to a successful 2022!
