2025 has been a year defined by accelerated collaboration with our clients and partners as we collectively move towards a new way of work that combines data-driven operations, preventative and proactive risk management, supply chain optimisation and automated workflows. All sectors within our industry are being impacted and we are happy to not only lead the charge with you but be a trusted provider of proven value over hype.
This year also marked a turning point, with AI moving firmly into the mainstream for enterprises. While many projects in the industry have failed, we are a proudly AI-native company and have been humbled by the support of our clients to extend the use of our AI capability into various areas of their business. Look out for our next major Agentic AI release early next year!
At CIM, we take pride in our technology, but even greater pride in the trusted relationships we’ve built across the industry worldwide. Together with our clients and partners, we deepened long-standing relationships, continued to evolve the PEAK Platform, expanded our global partner ecosystem, and received humbling industry recognition. Below, we’ve highlighted a few of the moments and milestones that shaped the year.
Strengthened client relationships
Everything we achieved in 2025 was made possible by our incredible clients. This year, we deepened relationships with long-standing direct customers while welcoming new ones, working closely together to improve performance across some of the world’s leading property portfolios.
While the list is in no way exhaustive, we thank the ongoing support of engaged direct clients including GPT, LaSalle, Charter Hall, QIC, CapitaLand, Growthpoint, 151 Property and Centuria. The shared impact of these engagements is clear, with Charter Hall and QIC (among many others) highlighting their ongoing use of PEAK in their sustainability reports, showcasing the tangible performance, efficiency, and sustainability outcomes we’re delivering together.
Constantly evolving platform
The PEAK Platform continued to evolve in 2025, with a record number of major releases focused on improving speed to value for: faster triage, smarter automation, accountability at scale, and stronger partner enablement. These releases were underpinned by continuous UX improvements driven by client feedback, resulting in industry-leading rates of engagement.
- Faster triage: We improved how issues are identified and resolved. Alert Priorities now classify alerts from P1 to P5, while the new Alerts Manager helps teams cut through noise and triage problems faster.
- Workflow automation: Alert Notifications ensure the right issues reach the right people at the right time, and Auto-Action Alerts enable custom workflows that automatically assign ownership and accelerate resolution.
- Accountability at scale: At the portfolio level, Command Centre reporting provides clear visibility into what’s being fixed, by whom, and how quickly. The Equipment Health Dashboard will transform predictive and preventive maintenance by delivering clear insight into equipment uptime trends and the drivers of performance.
- Partner enablement: Feedback from our growing network directly shaped these releases, alongside features such as Offline Device Detection, which alerts teams when devices stop streaming data, and the Portfolio Alert Map, which shows live alerts across portfolios in a single, actionable view.
Growing global partner ecosystem
Our partner program went from strength to strength in 2025, with particularly strong momentum across North America and Europe. Partners such as Ameresco, Smart Managed Solutions and Aero Performance Group have embraced the change to data-driven operations in their markets and moved quickly to drive success in their businesses with us. These are now more than just partners to us, they are friends and colleagues who have welcomed us with open arms and we could not be more motivated to build our future success together.
We also welcomed new partners, announcing partnerships with Baumann Consulting, Hoffman Building Technologies, and our first Canadian deployments via Dcarb. Growth continued internationally with the likes of CSR Sustain in the UK, and our first deployments in Lithuania through Caverion.
Partners are now our largest and most engaged user group, with highly technical Building Performance Engineers deeply embedding PEAK into their daily workflows. From building improvement consultancies to commissioning providers and energy efficiency specialists, we’re proud to support partners of all types in delivering measurable performance outcomes for their clients.
Humbling industry recognition
We were honoured to receive industry recognition throughout the year, a testament to the team’s strong commitment to delivering value for our clients. On Capterra, we reached nearly 70 independent reviews with an industry-leading rating of 4.7 out of 5 stars. We were also proud to be featured in Verdantix’s 2025 Smart Innovators report, while Software Advice recognised our team for Best Customer Support for the second year running and named PEAK a Front-Runner for Building Maintenance Software. In the UK and Europe, we were named winner of Digital Innovation of the Year at the Energy Awards, alongside nominations at the Green Transformation Awards, UK PropTech Awards, and the Green Awards.
We’re truly grateful to our clients, team members, partners, and investors for their unwavering support throughout the year. As we look ahead to 2026, we’re excited to continue expanding the PEAK Platform and driving its global impact.
Wishing you a joyful holiday season and a fantastic start to the new year!
