Our latest partner, DCarb, is a respected and forward-thinking management consultancy dedicated to driving the transition to a low-carbon economy. With a focus on embedding sustainability into core business operations, DCarb blends strategic insight with innovative solutions to help clients cut emissions, future-proof assets, and deliver resilient, low-carbon buildings.
The partnership will launch with the AI-powered PEAK Platform initially deployed across six buildings in Yellowknife, Northern Canada. This first phase will expand to include at least ten more sites across a range of commercial asset classes. Working together, CIM and DCarb will enable clients to harness data-driven automation and real-time monitoring to elevate building performance.
