CIM recently completed research in the UK to delve into the attitudes and priorities of those occupying best-in-class office space. CIM engaged with 200 senior decision makers within companies that rented offices over 50k sq ft in the UK.
These decision makers were Director level and above, and had previous input or ownership into the rental and office decisions for their businesses. The research was completed in April 2023.
Our goal with the research was to understand what current priorities tenants have for their buildings, their current levels of satisfaction, future decision drivers and their building’s role in their ESG and Net Zero goals.
