Latest buildings to go live with PEAK - June 2023

It brings us great pleasure to onboard new partners and buildings! Below is a summary of some of the recent properties where the PEAK Platform has been deployed. We look forward to working with the teams at these sites to empower smarter and more collaborative work in order to generate operational efficiencies.

20 Martin Place

The PEAK Platform has been deployed at a second Pembroke property, 20 Martin Place. Located in the heart of Sydney’s CBD, the iconic 21-storey building offers 18,600 square metres of prime retail and office space.

It forms part of a commitment by Pembroke to enhance the sustainability of their portfolio through data and digital technology, without compromising tenant comfort. By supporting Pembroke's digital capability, the platform will drive data-led decision making and maximise operational efficiencies at the site.

Brisbane International Airport

Exciting news! Brisbane Airport Corporation (BAC) has expanded their partnership with CIM, electing to deploy the PEAK Platform across its International Terminal.

BAC was pleased with the results at the Domestic Terminal, where the platform has been operational since last year. Proactively picking up on faults through PEAK’s continuous monitoring will support BAC’s progress towards ambitious sustainability targets while servicing a growing visitor base with minimal disruption. 324 Queen Street

PEAK has been deployed at Abacus Group’s 324 Queen Street in Brisbane, Australia. The striking asset comprises activated ground-floor retail, three podium levels and 20 upper levels of office accommodation.

It is one of two Abacus buildings to deploy the platform as part of their new partnership with CIM, demonstrating Abacus’ commitment to adding sustainable value through data-driven operations. Read more.
