Latest buildings to go live with PEAK - April 2023

It brings us great pleasure to onboard new partners and buildings! Below is a summary of some of the recent properties where the PEAK Platform has been deployed. We look forward to working with the teams at these sites to empower smarter and more collaborative work in order to generate operational efficiencies.

The T&G Building (Pembroke)

We are delighted to have deployed the PEAK Platform at Pembroke property, The T&G Building, located in Melbourne’s CBD. This important heritage building offers 43,000 square meters of recently refurbished luxury retail and office space.

The deployment aligns with Pembroke’s commitment to sustainability and an elevated tenant experience. We look forward to working with Pembroke as they embrace a data-driven approach to operations at the site. See full story.

Allendale Square (Centuria)

We are pleased to have deployed the PEAK Platform at Perth’s iconic Allendale Square, newly acquired by Centuria Capital Group and MA Financial Group. The 31 storey office building is located within the heart of WA’s capital city at 77 St Georges Terrace, providing 25,908sqm of office accommodation and 2,745sqm of food, beverage and retail space below the tower.

The platform is continuously monitoring the well-known building to drive improved operational and sustainability performance. We look forward to working with the team at Allendale Square to unlock the value of digitised property operations and data-driven facilities management.

9-11 Cremorne Street (Cobild)

We are excited to have deployed the PEAK Platform at 9-11 Cremorne Street in Victoria. Located a short walk from Melbourne's CBD within the boutique Cremorne precinct, the 8-storey office building is a project of reputable developer Cobild.The Platform is actively monitoring the commercial asset, identifying opportunities to maximise operational efficiency.

It forms part of a commitment by Cobild to elevate the efficiency and sustainability of their properties through digital technology and data. By supporting their digital capability, our solution seeks to drive data-led decision making and minimise inefficiencies at the site.We look forward to working with Cobild and its partners to facilitate a modern data-driven approach to property operations at 9-11 Cremorne Street.

University College Cork

We’re delighted that the PEAK Platform has gone live at University College Cork (UCC), Ireland. UCC was the first third-level education institute worldwide to receive the Green Campus award and the first University to attain ISO 50001 Energy Management certification.

PEAK will support UCC to continually drive their sustainability goals forward. The platform is monitoring the 6,000 square metre (64,500 square feet) Cavanagh Pharmacy Building. See full story.
