CIM, the building performance AI company behind PEAK, a market-leading building analytics software platform, is pleased to announce the renewal of its long-standing partnership with Charter Hall (Charter Hall or the Group) under a new multi-year Master Services Agreement.
The renewed agreement extends a relationship that began in 2017, when CIM was first deployed across two Sydney Office assets. The partnership expanded significantly in 2020 to cover a 58-site portfolio across nine investment property funds, and today encompasses more than 70 Office properties across Australia and New Zealand, representing over 1.9 million square metres of net lettable area.
The renewed agreement expands the scope of services across the portfolio, with a focus on deeper operational integration, automated data-driven maintenance workflows and enhanced sustainability reporting capabilities.
Sustainability remains central to the partnership. PEAK's AI-powered capabilities will support Charter Hall's Pathway to Net Zero by 2030 target through real-time utility monitoring, tenant virtual metering aligned with GRESB and Scope 3 reporting, and portfolio-wide NABERS tracking across Energy, Water and Indoor Environment ratings.
